Students from 6th-12th grade have been experiencing the Alpha Youth film series Wednesday nights since January 17th. After a time of community building, supper, and worship, we’ve enjoyed a series of interactive videos that explore life, faith and meaning. Since it launched in 2013, Alpha Youth has been used in 49 countries and in 19 languages—giving young people all around the world the chance to explore faith.

If you know of any 6th-12th graders that are not connected with a youth group, we would love for them to be a part of Endeavor. Each week we have new faces, so they are welcome to join us any Wednesday. Recently, we had two middle school boys that came for the first time, because they saw “Youth Group” on our scrolling sign. I know there are more students out there that don’t have a group like Endeavor. So, let’s get the word out…so young people can experience God’s love, develop relationships and revive the world!

This month, we had a new addition to Endeavor ministries… Gaga Ball!

This is a super fun game that can be played by all ages and skill levels. It does take a gaga pit area with walls. Christ Church is so blessed to have so many wonderful volunteers that are always willing and able to make things happen. So, we would like to say a big thank you to Roger Hall for constructing the Gaga Pit and John Zogg, Pete Peterson and Pam for figuring out the best way to set-it-up and store it.

Endeavor also would like to invite everyone to come worship with them for the youth-led Holy Wednesday service on March 28th at 6:30 PM in Brandt Hall. Each Endeavor small group will be presenting a scripture from the last week of Jesus’ life here on Earth.
